I can see Kisame winning mid-difficulty. They are both suiton users. Kisame is more likely immune to water jutsus and would end up asorbing the 2nds chakra. We don't know the abilies of the 2nds space time jutsu but we know its beaneath Tobis and Minatos.

His immpure world reserrection jutsu would be close to useless because if Orichimarus was the improvement then his must be shit.

Kisame.even if 2nd hokage does possess an advantage with his jutsus kisame possesses tailed beast-like amount of chakra plus samehada sword which can absorb 2nd`s chakra reserves in a couple of seconds.

Idk maybe im missing something but Kisame seems like a bit of a joke to me. Despite him being proclaimed as top tier shinobi with tailed-beast chakra and over the top physical strength he seems to take alot of L's. In fact he gets killed 3 times (granted the first fight was a less than half powered representation of him and the 2nd fight was a Zetsu switcharo towards the end). And whats funny is that all times despite his awesome chakra reserves and superior physical strength and endurance he gets put out by physical attacks every time (Gai, A & Bee, Naruto, Gai again). I know the 2nd probably isnt as physically powerful as the others mentioned but Kisame's show history is stack of loses with 0 wins. I dont see this figth being much different

two of those times he wasnt full power, and the other time he was gang raped and a zetsu clone.

and we havent seen 2nd hokage fight so by feats kisame godstomps
