Kisame Vs 2nd Hokage

How would it be, both powerful water style users, a tail-less talied beast vs. a Kage.
Limitations: Bringer of Darkness not allowed. Kisame has his sword.

Than again, Kisame can absorb chakra and is probably resistant to water style jutsu. Plus , he can't be drown.

Hard one, but I'd go with Kisame.

Even without "Bringer of Darkness" i still feel the 2nd takes this. I wouldnt place Kisame on the level of any kage. & if worse comes to worse if im not mistaken the 2nd created the impure world resurrection jutsu which would tip the battle in his favor

aldo i'm a big fan of kisame i'm going for the 2nd hokage with this. but i could be wrong cause of there is not much to say about 2n hokage and yes he was the best water user but well that's a long time ago so don't know kisame is really strong so if they didn't had any intel about each other except for the rumors then maybe a draw? I don't know lol XD

how can kisame not be on a level of a kage? he can be on a level of a bijuu but not a kage? kage's have a hard time taking any bijuu on head to head and the only one who's done that was the 3rd raikage.. if kisame can be compared on a level of a bijuu then he can be compared on a level of a kage.

True he does have comparable chakra to a bijuu but that alone doesn't place a ninja on par with a kage. If im not mistaken Deidara took out a bijuu 1 on 1 with relative ease, an several others were taken out by squads of 2. They arnt as almighty as people think they are with a few exceptions (Kurama & the 8 tails). thats just my opinion though.

He labeled it Kinjutsu himself and never completed it, meaning he has nothing ready, since he believes it shouldn't be used. Therefore, it's not restricted, but you can't really say it's available either.
