Without a doubt I know that Kisame can defeat Konha's Yellow Flash Minato Namikaze. The Most Overated Ninja on Narutobase.
Lets Begin with all the Arguments I had yesterday.
Now that that's cleared up. How Kisame kills Minato.
Kisame's best way is to use Water Prison Shark Dance Technique and take advantage of the battlefield, the battlefield where all of Minato's seal he placed during the fight will be underwater, meaning that if Minato does decide to try and escape, he will just teleport back underwater.

He can't do that, thats pre-prep. With that Logic Kisame should pre-prep and put a paper bomb by each of Minato's previously marked seals before the battle starts.
Minato can't use seals that were placed before the battle, its not fair.
