Duh its a jutsu.... I said that in order for him to produce jutsus the 2nd didnt need a body of water. Kisame used a jutsu to produce water, so he could use more jutsus.

This makes NO sense.

If he has the capability to make an ocean from nowhere, then he has the capability to use any water jutsu from nowhere.

Making an ocean from no water is much harder than making a water jutsu of smaller proportions from no water.

He simply made the ocean because he's naturally a better fighter in water, not so he could use water jutsus, because the ocean making itself was the biggest water jutsu ever known-and he used it with no water around him.

I can see Kisame being powerful since he has all that Chakra and that would help alot just look at Naruto and how much his insane amount of Chakra helped him. Kisame might even have something simialr to the tailed beast sealed inside him. Or he could have came from the demon realm where all the tailed beasts came from and he is wanting to get them all back home by collecting them pretending to be on Akatsuk's side then after he gets them all he will reveal his true powers and kill Madara.

Ok, since it makes no sense to you, let me break it down into steps.

As we have seen so far. Kisame. Needs. Water. To do water jutsus. How he gets that water. Is by being close to it. Or using his water out of my mouth jutsu. The 2nd Hokage. Could use water jutsus. WITHOUT. A water source.

Chakra is stated to be developed through training and experience. So far, Kisame's comparisons to Naruto have been in Part I. Part II Naruto HOPEFULLY has more chakra then Part I Naruto. So for all we know, they have nearly the same Chakra levels.

Ya Itachi seemed to be stronger than kisame coz itachi acted as the leader and also if kisame was stronger then he would have single handedly attacked konoha coz The leader only reacts if the members will not or are not able to fulfill the demands of the team.Not that Kisame is not strong, it's not the case coz he is the most powerful water user i can think of as manga has shown, he could have easily beat up gai sensei even after that 8th gate cz at that time they were using only 30% of their power.
