Kisame is definitly the strongest one, it's eather him or 3rd Raikage. But definitly need some credit. He loses samehada and still is badass.

It as simple as no he is not.
3rd & 4th riakage(the lightening is armor & increases speed not strenght)
tsunade(craked the ground with a finger & punched jman a 100ft during her bell test i.e when she was a kid )
guy(strong fist uses no chakra & he punch a guy through a wall during pt1 when oro that is the sound village attacked ) imo all these guys are physically stronger

Nice thread, I must say you're the most reasonable hardcore uchiha fan.

My list in random order:

Tsunade (unlike sakura she's deadly without the chakra enhancement )
Kisame (most chakra in akatsuki, plus tailed beast chakra)
A (his whole style revolves around strenght, and he was also compared to a tailed beast)
Third raikage (well the mafia boss speaks for himself)

raikages are also pretty close when it comes to strength .kisame has to use samehada to absorb chakra unlike the raikages ...but they are totally strong characters .so he is not the strongest but hes at the top 3 for certain

well see i voted heck no, reason being because i didnt really read first i mean...all i saw "kisame strongest character in naruto" i was prepared to click no when i entered the thread lol...but after reading i caught on to what point your making, soo it became abit more agrreable, even so id still place guy above him, and third or fourth raikage...
BUT u definitly could say he's ONE of the strongest when looking at it in that sense...just not THE strongest.. good thread though ^_^

Kisame may have a large amount of physical strength but not the strongest. Senju clan have the strongest clan *as a whole*, All raikage are physically beasts, All jinchuriki are pretty strong. But the point of this thread is that if you strip all other ninja of all there stregnth increasing abilities that Kisame is stronger than them. What is the point of that? To prove that in a fight where the rules are no chakra, no tailed beasts, and noo jutsu that kisame will be stronger than MOST BUT NOT ALL ninja? That is a complete waste of time argueing whether or not kisame is the strongest ninja not using chakra becuase thats the way ninja make up for not being naturally strong THEY USE CHAKRA they use their tools and thats all chakra is for ninja just another tool.

Lets assume that none of these ninja are using chakra based attacks VS kisame.

Killerbee is able to take on giant gorillaz. I havent seen kisame take on a giant anything.
3rd and 4th raikage train themselves to fight with taijutsu that gets enhanced with lightning nature. If they remove this lightning they are still physically stronger than kisame. The nature only helps increase speed and reaction speed, not strength.
Gai would completely wreck kisame in a NO chakra fight.
Tsunade was able to crush the ground when we first saw her fight orochimaru. I havent seen kisame do any such thing.
Hashirama and Tobirama were stated to have superhuman strength by Sarutobi. They were senju who were stated by madara to posses the body of the sage.

I feel all of the characters ive mentioned is physically stronger then kisame even without the use of chakra.

But my entire point is that there will be just about no situation in naruto when niether party is able to use chakra to enhance there abilities and skills. If ninja are unable to be and act like ninja in a ninja manga whats the point of the manga.

When making comparision is being made ALL abilites must be taken into consideration, you cant just omit abilites as you want. You can try and prove why they will fail but you cant just erase them from a characters move pool.

He is very strong and can be a dead enemy but there are a lot people that can beat him and that are stronger than him, but +Rep for you for not making a Minato,Sasuke, or Itachi is the strongest thread.
