We talk about someone like kisame.
Stated to have more Chakra than anyone else in akatsuki, even more than Nagato
30 % kisame made gai use 6 gates
5 sharks made guy use 6 gates
He can make 1000 of these sharks
Has absorbed and healed himself without samehada against leaf ninja after freeing himself
Absorbed samehadas Chakra against its will meaning he can absorb quicker or on the same level as samehada when samehada was trying to get to bee after kisame broke free
Used a jutsu that according to the datebooka negates any Chakra based attack in the narutoverse and would get stronger (shark bomb)
If he has samehada he can use his Chakra absorption and samehadas together in their fused state (he drained bee and 8 tails dry in seconds like this)
He can heal himself quicker than tsunade or Sakura has ever shown, literally regenerating the organs inside his abdomen and chest and regenerating muscle, in a matter of seconds.

Edit: in order to hurt kisame with Chakra you have to attack him with a move that has more than 6 tails worth of Chakra and even then he can heal himself with the 6 tails worth of Chakra he was able to absorb
