Kisame and Tobirama: think he can create as much water...?

If guy sensei could defeat Kisame, I don't see why Tobirama can't.
Unless you are telling me that even Guy is greater than a Hokage, brother of Hashirama who defeated Izuna.

izuna is weak and featless. and naruto is not linear in logic. gai used taijutsu which countered great shark bullet. thats all there is to that. they never defeated him since hirudora didnt even finish kisame off. it took naruto, gai,yamato and aoba together to finally make him kill himself.
if darui and his division beat kinkaku and ginkaku, your logic suggests darui and assorted chunin > tobirama a hokage. your logic also suggests that since people think they saw the entire senju vs uchiha fight that that proves tobirama was solely responsibkle for izunas death when he could have just cut up an already half dead uchiha and took the credit.

we dont know anything about his space time jutsu or how it works, his ET is fodder incomplete and easily neutralised as no strong ninjas existed back then that havent used up their summoning time with kabuto. 99% of all senjus are worthless garbage fodder. he has little to no kenjutsu showings whereas kisame matched suigetsu

tobirama is the worst suiton shinobi. vastly inferior to mei and kisame. would barely match the feats of darui and kabuto. his only offensive suiton was compeltely and utterly worthless and didnt do jack to hiruzens mud wall. kisame would break that down in a milisecond

Darui couldn't have defeated the brothers without the sage tools. Take that out of the equation and let's see him fight two six tails gin and kin brothers. You are generalizing much and jumping to conclusions too early, bro!

Seeing as a watered-down version of Tobirama was able to effortlessly counter Hiruzen's katon even without a nearby water source, and was immediately said to have been partaking in a Kage-level ninjutsu battle based on just one jutsu by ANBU-level shinobi (who even said that they'd never seen a battle of that magnitude before, even though it was only seconds into the fight), I'm going to have to give this to him.

I mean, we've seen the difference between a weakened Part 1 Hashirama's mokuton and Part 2 Hashirama's mokuton. Although there was likely not a proportional relationship, if Tobirama's suiton jump is even close to what Hashirama's mokuton jump was, he will not only be shown to be the best, but by far.

By pure mastery, not only a weakened version of Tobirama has been shown to utilize suiton effectively enough to counter the katon of that of Hiruzen, the Sandaime Hokage, but also has been shown to bring down the hand seals of a jutsu down from 44 (the largest amount of hand seals for any jutsu in the manga) to just 1.

yes it was. its never said where they were at before but they are at about 90% now since oro upgraded ET though not to kabutos level
