At this point, we know that kisame is the strongest of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. Kisame also proved powerful enough to successfully capture the Four-Tailed Monkey's jinchūriki, and now he is hunting the Eight-Tailed Ox's jinchuriki. Even Chojuro admits that kisame is a special case, whose unique abilities put him at the same level as a jinchuriki, and must not be taken lightly.

Samehada

Samehada is a large unique sword and is described by Chōjūrō as the most terrible of all the Seven Swordsmen's blades. Samehada is covered in large scales that shave or shred any surface instead of cutting it, and also has the ability to absorb any chakra around it, even from a jinchuriki, allowing Kisame to literally cut through his opponent's chakra. Until this new chapter samehada was usually wrapped in bandages. But when kisame is pissed of the sword looks like this

hachibi has any chances of wining this sword duel or not??? there is too much to know about kisame's power (and hachibi also has some hidden powers to show) i think something or someone is going to interrupt this duel

If kirabi backs away a bit and transforms into full beast, kisame wont stand a chance, cause he fought the 4 tails, and that dude couldnt even control his beast, he fought fought many jinchuriki, but none as strong as kisame, or kisames beast.

Although Kisame is water ninja, and kirabi said that suigetsu had an advantage cause he was a water ninja, kisame just might win.
We havent seen anyone use water jutsu to the same extent as kisame.

kisame didn't break a sweat fighting 4 tails, so nobody knows his limit

as for suigetsu, he had the advantage due to them being around a large body of water

This fight is really interesting. Didnt expect Kisames sword to look like that.

To note to people Kisamae struggled to beat the 4tails without killing him.

actually we just saw samehada fight, kisame didnt do anything himself yet except taijutsu with his sword. KB seems to have problems with samehadas special ability, because most of his attacks seem to base on chakra-manipulation.

this is about kisame

Kisame is a missing-nin from Kirigakure, and was partnered with Itachi within Akatsuki. Kisame is a very tall and strong shinobi, with a distinctive shark-like appearance, complete with pale blue skin, small white eyes, gill-like facial structures, and sharp triangular teeth. Kisame is rather battle-loving, enjoying to fight with others. Kisame is one of the few members of Akatsuki that got along well with his partner. Kisame was very loyal to Itachi, willing to take any commands he was given without question, and constantly looked out for his well-being. Although Kisame does have his pride, he acknowledged Itachi as the stronger of the duo. Madara has noted that, out of all of Akatsuki, Kisame was the closest to Itachi, implying that they were indeed good friends.

History - Kisame is a former member of Kirigakure's Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. While in Kiri, Kisame was given the title of "Monster of the Hidden Mist". He is also known to have formed a connection to Suigetsu Hozuki and his brother. His former country, the Land of Water, now seek him out, for plotting to overthrow its government and being involved in numerous assassinations, including one of a feudal lord of an unknown country. Kisame later joined Akatsuki, and was partnered with Itachi Uchiha.
Abilities - Kisame is said to be the strongest of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. He has been seen displaying astonishing speed and incredible physical strength. Kisame has the largest chakra reserve in all of Akatsuki.
Kisame's weapon is called Samehada, a sentient, scale-covered sword, that shaves skin instead of cutting it. Samehada is also capable of absorbing chakra, but requires Kisame's own chakra to perform such a feat. Only Kisame is able to wield Samehada; if anyone besides him tries to pick it up, spikes protrude from its handle, and it returns to Kisame's side. It was stated by Suigetsu that, if he kills Kisame, he would be able to wield the Samehada, but it is unknown if this is true.
Kisame's shark-like attributes carry over into his battles, for he even shapes his Water Release attacks into sharks. He is also able to alter the entire battlefield by using his Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave, to create a lake's worth of water to give him the field advantage, and to use for attacks.

i also noticed a strange thing, maybe some of you also did.
killer bee is on 4 tail (if i haven?t seen wrong) he hasn?t changed his physical appearence a bit and he is half way to 8 tails.Naruto not even at his half , he transforms entirely and his appearence changes a lot.

Maybe its because Kirabo has complete control unlike Naruto
