Kisame and Kakuzu vs Itachi

Kakuzu needs to be killed 5 times and if he is hit by amaterasu then he could just split bodies.

Hearts have to come back to Kakuzus body in order to revive him, it wont by possible if Kakuzus body will be annihilated by Amaterasu.

Kisame could probably beat him on his own in my opinion.

Nope, he couldnt. Man of Kisames character wouldnt behave like he was inferior to Itachi if it was the other way around. Besides, Samehada wouldnt be able to absorb Ama, since it doesnt like heat.
