Kakuzu needs to be killed 5 times and if he is hit by amaterasu then he could just split bodies. Itachi can kill Kakuzu but he will then be too tired to go up against a chakra demon like Kisame.

itachi also has water style, that doesn't matter much,
however itachi is more of a 1 on 1 guy, so I'd say he loses this

If Kakuzu is hit by Amaterasu he can just split bodies.

Kakuzo splits bodies and Itachi hit those 5. Neither of Kakuso's bodies is fast enough to avoid Amaterasu, and the Sharingan is fast enough to keep track of all five bodies. I say Kakuzo dies before in moments after the fight starts. Kisame will be Tsukuyomi and Sealed. Also Elementals Jutsos are going south thanks to Yata Mirror.

I think Kisame could be very difficult for Itachi and he will be pushed to his limits but because of Totsuka sword I think Itachi is the better of the 2. But it would be an epic fight.

If he is Lucky Yeah, I doubt even Itachi could Take down Kisame easily, If Kisame gets him inside the water Dome i think Kisame might be able to win.
