[Theory] Kirin! The latest Chapter

The rain falling on Tobi and the Thunderstorm shown to be raging in the latest chapter of Naruto! Could Sasuke have created this Storm in preparation for combat. If not its more than likely we will see Kirins use once again soon enough!

So do you think he created this Storm?

If he did he is seriosly planning on ****in up the konoha 11....and everyone else for that matter. But I heard Naruto will either be getting water release or a FTG techniqe soon.

I don't think he created the storm... But him using Kirin again is possible... I mean it wouldn't be impossible now... and if he comes across the other shinobi... to conserve chakra... it would be the best MD move to use on multiple fodder!...

It dont have to be made by him, but he can still use it for Kirin anyway... so it dont really change a thing. Im almost certain that Kirin will be used at some point of this war.

I think it was stated about 450 chapters ago that it always rains during badass battles.

To be honest, I dont think we will see kirin again in the manga, i mean its useful and powerful blah blah, but kishi (being the uchiha lover he is) will probably want to focus more on the new ocular powers that sasuke has developed. Instead of showing us something we have seen before

Its plausible, and the lightning is definitely a symbolization of a stronger "Kirin" and the "carnage" coming to the battlefield, namely the corrupt dirty Konoha
