Looks
Kiri is currently a young shinobi of average height, thin body structure, white skin and bluish grey eyes. He seems to enjoy changing bough his attire and hair and beard style somewhat often. When young he would usually change between medium sized curly hair that makes him look a relaxed and goofy guy, into a shorter one that would frequently disguise his hair type and gives him a more serious appearance. Although currently he still does that it isn’t as frequent as before.
Fitting his theme of changing appearance he exhibits different attires depending on his current situation. When doing his shinobi training or missions in a foreign country he uses a custom set of non-uniformized clothes. dark blue long pants and a snow white jacket.when on missions inside kirigakure or on war he uses the typical chunnin and jounin attire, complete with pants, shirt and flack jacket. He with any of his attires will usually carry around 1 katana, one shuriken and kunai holder on the back of his waist and another on this right leg with several hidden kunai on his body ready for action.
Personality
He is a shinobi that has had his innocence shattered at a young age he saw terrible things. Has a young kid he cried a lot, and he got known as a crybaby. Clearly because being a sadistic and backstabbing shinobi was not on his veins. He shed a hundred tears for each kill he had done on his graduation exam. Unlike his comrades mercifulness was something he had. He does not enjoy long battles, usually avoiding and when they happen its usual for him to finish as fast as possible without killing his opponent.
Intelligence, high battle smarts, hard work are characteristics noticeable when talking about kiri. A consequence of his graduation exam was also his dream, a dream that motivates him into becoming kirigakures new mizukage.

Childhood and ninja academy
He was born in the middle of the reign of the bloody mist. he was an innocent cheerful, dreamy and happy kid before he enrolled on kirigakure’s ninja academy, but soon after that changed before his ninja graduation. has a ritual only used to graduate ninja in kirigakure, kiri was forced to fight against his own colleagues to pass into the next step on the ninja system. He was attacked by his former best friend, and he fought back killing him in the process. Terrified at the prospect of his death and he fought and fended off any of his attackers that meant to kill him. He did so up until the moment he fell down on his knees and blood on his hands, with no enemies to fight. Grateful for surviving he cried. When others saw him crying they mocked him calling him a crybaby ninja, which evolved into his first nickname “The bloody mists crybaby ninja” however it did not stay that way for too long.
Has he vowed to change his country and become the next mizukage, an objective that became his dream.
The blue genius
Soon after his graduation, kiri rose quite considerably bough in intelligence, skill and reputation within kirigakure. Feeling his dream had become everything for him he trained hard every day, he fought and fought several adversaries and won. Slowly and bit by bit he became a prominent ninja known for his prowess and his battle smarts becoming kirigakure’s blue genius.
