Kirabi stands on the edge of a cliff overlooking a great valley, behind him the wind subtly blows the bright green grass back and forth. Amazed by the site of landscape, Kirabi lets out a loud AWW YEEEEAH ~ while thrusting his arm into the air producing his ox-horns symbol, as the AWW YEEEEAH ~ echoes through the valley. Startled birds down yonder fly away as Kirabi turns around realizing he's no longer the only one at this haven.

gazing at you Kirabi instantly recognizes you are a foe, but instead of going on the offensive, turns back around, and pulls out a small black notebook, but hidden in this notebook he has a small mirror looking at you as he writes about your description in his black book as he plans on creating a rap later on.

Kirabi: A lil, dash here, with a big dot there. Yeah that should do it.. oh I can't forget the hair..! Yeahh~

I quickly take out 2 kunai, a flash bang one, and a explosive one and throw them at you coated with my Raiton chakra they speed at you, The flash bang one goes off first, as you go to do your Earth Dragon technique. Blinding you, and also preventing the continuation of the technique. (The flash may or may not be intensified by the ice disk you stand on. idk) This allows my Explosive tag to come at you, and explode in your vicinity, thus igniting the oil falling from the sky. and engulfing you in a blazing inferno. At this time, I raise my hand in the air, to create a umbrella effect from the falling oil.

Samehada begins to wiggle around as he senses your chakra come forward through the flames.. I withdraw him, pulling the bandages off of him even more as you come out the other end of the fire, as you thrust your arm forward to get to my chest, Samehada is in front of me clashing with your Diamond Drill, but not being harmed, as the Diamond Shatters upon collision with Samehada as the chakra holding the Diamond together is ripped from it, Samehada's spikes then protrude out as I pull him upwards shaving skin off your body and Chakra. you're left almost completely drained, as I let go of Samehada who wraps his handle around my arm and acts a sort of shield attaching to my arm, while this is going on, the 8-tails chakra forms over me, putting me, in 8 tails Chakra mode, Samehada gets extremely excited and grows to unimaginable size, as I charge you at the same time with,

Thus ripping Chakra, from you while also, utterly destroying you with my Bijuu's chakra as it rips your flesh away, revealing your crushed sternum and ribs, while the Samehada has also further, issued damage to you, carrying you off as I proceed forward, and smash you into the ground.

i don't see how through one tear samehada can rip out all my chakra from a slight touch. Granted in kisames fight with bee he was able to withdraw up to 6tails of chakra in a strike, but he was making direct blows with the chakra cloak that kirabi produced.

Descripton:The user will manipulate the lightning in is body to make himself be positively charge. Then he will create 7 rotating lightning disk charge negatively. The user will then be able to make those disk behave like electron around a proton, in other word, these disk will start rotating all around him (under also). This serve as a great to defend against close range attack and taijutsu, but can also be used to attack. The user will use his lighting chakra to repulse the disk (one or many at a time), giving it extreme velocity and aimed for the enemy.
*The user must wait two turns after all the disk are destroyed or disappeared
*This jutsu can only be used 2 time per match*
*This jutsu can only be used by Anbu Kakashi and Kirabi

using the last of my chakra from the Super Vibrating Raiton, these Disk slice into you as they are created around me and you of course being so near have no time to react, leaving only sections of your body intact as your in 7 different sections, while Im frozen into place, Samehada then begins to draw in that chakra.. allowing me and itself to move again..

If I assume that both the Lightning Disks and the Lightning laser, if they're preformed in normal circumstances, happen at the the same time, then, since in this case Kirabi is drastically slower until he stops completely, then Goro would win the clash.

However based on the vms that you and i shared and the premise that samehada would slowly be absorbing the chakra from my freeze frame jutsu. I could say that you weren't drastically slower but had enough time to release your lightning jutsu as i released my lightning justu.

Or as lil put it Normal circumstances.
