I used a jutsu tht creates a tornado which comes from the sky. then i just created a fire jutsu to combine with the wind.

so you are in range.

okay you need to get your story straight, if the tornado is coming from the sky above me then that means your A-rank fire ball coming from the ground would not be strong enough to stop my S-rank hurricane on its own. and you can't just edit something like that...you know i was long range and you want to change your post for your own advantage, wtf

No. The Tornado Doesn't Come down onto you. I first use it to counteract you tornado Combining it with The Fire. After it beats your and becomes bigger it sucks you in.

And No Im Not Otherwise i wouldnt have used the Tornado.

It was a Mess-up it happens. and even so. If you do use the range thing against me i can just make the Tornado come down ontop of you immediately. as your not long-Range Horizontally but Vertically. It could still hit you.

The only way you could use the range was if you were floating in front of me at long range. but sorry you above me. therefore a tornado can still affect you. and greatly.
