Descripton:The user will manipulate the lightning in is body to make himself be positively charge. Then he will create 7 rotating lightning disk charge negatively. The user will then be able to make those disk behave like electron around a proton, in other word, these disk will start rotating all around him (under also). This serve as a great to defend against close range attack and taijutsu, but can also be used to attack. The user will use his lighting chakra to repulse the disk (one or many at a time), giving it extreme velocity and aimed for the enemy.
*The user must wait two turns after all the disk are destroyed or disappeared
*This jutsu can only be used 2 time per match*
*This jutsu can only be used by Anbu Kakashi and Kirabi

Your Vortex and Lightning Dragon Were Directed to Where I Previously Was. Not Where I Ended Up (Which is Beneath you as I Ran Towards You. )
Therefore The Jutsus Miss. and you have to defend yourself. From my Disk . Which I can Doubt You Do Since You Were In the Midst of Doing. The Vortex.
Mindind a few spelling mistakes, he did say that when you go up, he goes underneath you.
Now you can say that the typhoon is still heading towards him, but then you have to be hit by the water aswell.
So, you have to block the disk that is coming from beneath the sand and then two bolts of lightning that aperantly are falling from the sky.

I don't think Lightning Style: Gian sends lightning from the sky. It was used by Kakuzu's lightning mask awhile back, and I don't recall lightning coming from the sky when he used it.

If thats the Case you would be hit with your own jutsu. and dont forget im moving at five gates speed. no way you could keep up.
He would have to precieve where i was going and i dont remeber that attack having homing properties. therefore its infront.
Oh well Then I will just edit that to say that its coming from under him.
More like 9 due to all the lightning disk going at him at once from below.

that's a NEGATIVE...its f-5 tornado not hurricane and even if you combine it with fire my sand and wind hurricane would swallow your tornado along with the fireball, my sand doesn't melt it's strong against fire, and heads towards you as a wind, sand and fire hurricane to obliterate you...and just for overkill...

Tornado or Hurricane. Fire/Wind Would Beat your Wind/Sand
And Since When Did Sand Become Immune to Fire?
The Fire Would Consume your Wind And Create a superheated Sand Which turns to Glass Making you unable to use it.

Glass: Sand is the principal component in common glass.
So Now It Woud Technically Create A Huge Fire/Wind/Glass Combo Slicing and Burning you alive.

I used a jutsu tht creates a tornado which comes from the sky. then i just created a fire jutsu to combine with the wind.
