Descripton:The user will manipulate the lightning in is body to make himself be positively charge. Then he will create 7 rotating lightning disk charge negatively. The user will then be able to make those disk behave like electron around a proton, in other word, these disk will start rotating all around him (under also). This serve as a great to defend against close range attack and taijutsu, but can also be used to attack. The user will use his lighting chakra to repulse the disk (one or many at a time), giving it extreme velocity and aimed for the enemy.
*The user must wait two turns after all the disk are destroyed or disappeared
*This jutsu can only be used 2 time per match*
*This jutsu can only be used by Anbu Kakashi and Kirabi*

(happens faster due to the fact they just are formed from the lightning surrounding me)
Which are rippling around me and the sheer energy of all the lightning chakra is melting the snow. around me.

I then Send 3 of theses Lightning Disk at you. Zipping towards you one straight and the other two from the sides.

I then run and im in front of you instantly (rock lee 8 gates speed), grab you by the head numbing your brain from the lightning and i throw you forward and the lightning disk shread you too pieces and then begin rotating around me.
again.

as you finish thunder emperor and begin to create the disks. Once underground, I split into two and each half zooms off in a different direction, far from you, and you cannot sense them nor know where they are.

Note: Only useable 5 times per battle and must wait for 2 turns to use again.

by focusing it through my leg i stomp the Ground. Making the Earth rumble greatly damaging both parts.

and The Wings of the Sun. Cause the Earth to compress. Into a massive crater underneath me. Stunning both bodies and Crushing them .

Then Finally to top it off i do.

So then I spread the Disk out and Create a Buzz Saw of Rotating Electricity that then Destroys all of them . as it expands and eliminates them. and then the disperse into the air.
