*I create a staff about 1.80 meters long, about 6 cms thick and hard as a very strong rock and swing around a bit, making it twirl above my head and then grabing it and smashing it through the ground. I stays intact, much to my surprise*

Very usefull technique senpai. As I use it it begins to feel more like instinct and I have to make smaller effort each time.

In this technique, the user releases his chakra through the earth, making it rise like "fingers" in order to trap the enemy and them focuses even more chakra, to shape 2 bigger sections, one at each side of the enemy. Then he makes them come together, crushing the enemy in between. The technique is an offensive type, which means it's made for attack. It seems to work better against slower targets than fast ones and it needs to have the target in the ground to catch it.

One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It's excelent to perform a surprise attack or even to escape.

It's a good jutsu to limit the enemy's mobility and speed, since the floor he stands on becomes filled with earth spikes and the speed of the jutsu itself is very high.

Well, since the user is underground, if he is attacked by an earth technique, the user can be crushed underground. The technique can't be used in water or mud, making it limited.Also, since the user is underground if the target lifts off the ground the user won't be able to seense him, and when he comes up to the surface, the enemy can ambush him...

Very usefull to limit the enemies retreat for example, if created behind the oponnent. If created in front of the oponnent can provide a good defense against many techs, including earth techs. One application would be to create the plateau behind the user, traping his escape and use a fire or even a mud tech do rapidly attack him while his pinned down from behind.

users spits a ball of mud at the enemy. Very usefull in close combat and to support taijutsu since it can temporaly blind an enemy. If you're lucky you can even choke him with mud.

user makes a small quake with earth release. The quake itself is small but, if used in the right time, can disrupt the enemy's movements and make an opening for a more powerfull attack. Besides, it can be used to knock down a wall or to engage multiple foes and make them lose their ground. Even if the damage itself isn't that big, the potencial for the technique is great.

Doton: Doryu Taiga this technique is a very usefull support technique. I turns the ground beneath the user into a river of mud, that has enough strength to carry the enemy and trow him off balance. It's effect is also increased if used in an angled surface, taking advantage of gravity. The down side is that the jutsu itself is not very powerfull or cover a large area. It's best used if the enemy isn't expecting it.

Doton: Doryudan is a strong offensive quick mud technique, that uses the mud from Doton: Doryu Taiga to summon a dragon head that spits high velocity mud bombs. It's used after doryu taiga and can even be used with a fire jutsu to ignite the mud, launching almost a lava attack. It's very quick and since it fires many bombs it can be used with more than one enemy. Even if it's just a C rank jutsu, it's still very powerfull.

Doton: Iwa Yado Kuzushi is a technique mostly designed to be used when the enemy is trapped on a cave. The tech allows the user to unlodge rocks from the cave making the cave fall down on the enemy. If used correctly the result can be devastating but the down side is that it requires one to create the conditions in which to use it (for example, entrap the enemy in a cave)

Doton: Iwa Nadare in this tech as the user runs up a steep ridge with the enemy behind him, he unleashes the technique causing rocks to fall down on the enemy below him. Since the rocks carry the momentum produced by gravity, the technique itself requires little effort if one takes into account the scale of the outcome. It's very usefull to escape up a ridge even with multiple enemies chasing you. The down side is that there isn't a rock wall to climb up in every battle field... It's usage is limited by the specific circunstances it needs to have to be used.

Yes you can cast earth jutsu while using that Technique. Note that you cannot with any other underground movement technique as you would stop the flow of chakra and be buried underground.
