1. 1st Jutsu
By concentrating an appropriate amount of wind chakra in the fist, the user lurches forward his hand while emitting the wind in the form of a sword from his finger tips. The sword is invisible and can easily slic through earth based jutsu lower or of the same rank.

2. 2nd Jutsu
This Jutsu is a bit complicated. Not only must the user have a summoning contract with toads and must have summoned both Gamatatsu and Gamakichi, the user must also make sure the target isn't mobile to be able to land a direct hit. By syncronising his chakra in tune with both freogs, the user shoots in his wind chakra into Gamatatsu, who the releases a blast of toad oil. Gamakichi releases a blast of fire which combines all together to create a blast capable of weakening the sanbi.

3. 3rd Jutsu
The most devastating of the 3 already mentioned. The user focuses a large amount of chakra, compressed and released at a high density. The effect resembles that of Rasenshuriken, although the effect is not nearly as deadly. The pressure is so great, it is not adviseble to use it at point blank range. users are usually at a safe distance as the wind pressure would not only sweep people of their feet(including a close user) but also drag them into its destructive range(plus user)

Note with that first one that it isn't the rasengan Naruto uses at the beginning, and only Naruto has used it. It's a rasengan with wind chakra mixed into it, thus it's completely different and in theory should be stronger than a normal rasengan. It's basically the middle step of Rasengan to Rasenshuriken. So can you please look up Fuuton: Rasengan instead of the normal chakra one and redo your post (the other two were fine).

The user concentrates a large amount on chakra onto his hands( using clones is optional) and rotates it, shapes it until it forms a giant fuma shuriken that can be thrown at the opponent. the shuriken can manipulated and guided should the attack miss the first hit. considered the most powerful wind jutsu, it causes serious damage to the user's cells as the slicing attribute would also affect him before he throws it!
