Yes. Cause that jutsu is way to overpowered. and the trade off is basically non-existent. To seal somebody's chakra requires a seal which you didnt use. at all. all you did was make a wind covered pyramid thats protected from the inside. ill have Rei check it. and even so if it is approved. Rival. I couldnt help you. the whole thing was sealed tighter then anything Orochimaru could ever do. and It was a double barrier at that, and i have no training in seals to undo it. Im Sorry. ill try and help you regain tht Bio.
