and one-handed hand seals have been used many times.
i.e Haku, Deidara and I know there are more but i cant remember who.
Its basically the rat seal but instead of covering with your other hand you only use one. the two fingers.
at least thats what ive always seen when saying using one seal. depending on the tech. as CoBS is E-Rank im sure my above description would suffice. But as for something of a B-Rank a 2 handed seal would be needed.

Haku is the only one who has used 1 handed handseals, and those were only for his KG techs. Deidara used one handseal, which is used for detonation, people use the same handseal for detonating explosive tags. like Sarutobi used when he fought the two hokages.

As you sub and prepare for your chakra blast by intaking vast amount of chakra, Unari with his sharingan still active notices the immense chakra and with his only good remaining arm uses:

it took a while to find out if anything could defend against your attack >_< but cause i was near your mouth, the attack would be more narrow compared to if i were at a long-range so...yeah >_<
