Very wiki-apt of youKinjutsu are techniques that have been banned from being taught or used for either their nature or the damage they can do to their users. This ban could have been put in place for any number of reasons, but kinjutsu can generally be put in either of three categories:
Techniques that can cause death to the user or irreparable damage. These are generally beyond the scope of a normal Forbidden Rank technique, which is basically a powerful technique that, when used, causes some damage to the user. Instances where damahe was caused to the user would be when Guren used her kinjutsu. These technique are so powerful they will either cause permanent, irreparable damage to the user or kill him.
Techniques that violate the laws of nature (e.g. the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation, which reincarnates the dead with a human sacrifice). Most of these were notable jutsu shown by Orochimaru and Kabuto. However Tobirama was the founding jutsu creator of the impure reincarnation jutsu. These are the bulk of all Kinjutsu techniques. It pertains to all technique whose use violates the basic laws of nature and life, such as reviving the dead, possessing the bodies of others, sacrificing others to gain their abilities, using someone as a host for a Jinchuriki, etc.
Certain techniques that are known to cause massive collateral damage, such as the total destruction of a village and end with the death of everyone in it, thus the great moral ramifications of its potential lead many to labelling it as a forbidden technique.
It's actually from my crystal Kinjutsu training :'(Very wiki-apt of you
What maked a Forbidden technique? It's honestly hard to say. Some techniques just fall under the label because. Still, it's a wide variety of techniques with lots of differences, though most of them are pretty gross, so there's that.
Let's start with one that you definitely will not be using in battle:
(Kinjutsu: Shoushagan no Jutsu) - Forbidden Technique: Vanishing Facial Copy Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points:N/A
Description: Shoushagan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used for spying. A dark technique, the jutsu involves the removal of the face of the person to be impersonated. By wearing their face and clothing, the ninja can impersonate the original without others being aware.
Analyze and describe it for me.
Good question; I honestly don't know, but you're literally wearing someone else's face, so there is not really a 'fake' to look through. It is possible the Byakugan would be able to perceive the 'face behind the face' if so to speak, but I would ask a Mod to confirm that. It's actually from my crystal Kinjutsu training :'(
Anyways this jutsu is a unique type of skill. It is a snatched and incorporate type of jutsu that requires a deal body to achieve. You could leave them alive but that's more vicious then Lok's DNR'S. Anyways you utilize the face and clothes of the dead shinobi and use them on your body. The facial portion is utilized with chakra to meld it to yourself like a mask.
I don't recall Whether or not this affects the vocal cords of the user. I know when Orochimaru used it he was able to mimic a different voice I believe.
If we were capable of submitting Kinjutsu Customs I could see potential in the idea of revamping this immensely.
As of now it's limited to purpose of use.
Question time. Can sensory and or Doujutsu users decipher you as a fake?
Okay will do.Good question; I honestly don't know, but you're literally wearing someone else's face, so there is not really a 'fake' to look through. It is possible the Byakugan would be able to perceive the 'face behind the face' if so to speak, but I would ask a Mod to confirm that.
Next is an old classic:
(Kinjutsu: Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) Forbidden Technique: Multiple Shadow Clones Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short
Chakra: 70 (Total chakra is divided equally between the number of clones and the user)
Damage: N/A
Description:
This technique is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a maximum of 4 clones, it creates up to 8 shadow clones of the user. This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Each clone is equal to the ones created by the original, simpler technique and can use all the techniques the user can.
Note: Usable only once per battle, disabling the further use of clones of any kind for the rest of the match.
It could certainly break a stalemate, but, as you mention, there are significant risks involved. Even just positioning yourself and your clones to perform the seal would be hard.Okay will do.
Yes truly a classical presentation of the beginning of Naruto. It was said to be in one of the forbidden scrolls simply because of how many shadow clones you could accomplish with this technique. It is performed I believe in the same method of the original technique but it simply uses more chakra and disperses more chakra out. I can see why people don't use this as that's like 560 chakra being used at once. The drawbacks kinda suck to as you cannot use any types of clones afterwards which could suck.
I would use this with the four red formation barrier I think and then have four clones inside stealing chakra and attacking. Would make for an epic visual in the rp.
Might actually try it out sometime on a certain individual.
Well I've already asked tons of questions to lots of mods about this subject already. It requires any form of another shinobi's DNA even a Penis is need be. You will then utilize that DNA with a scroll and a formula that was shown in the anime. This will allow you to summon a shinobi that you have killed back to the battlefield. Through use of a living sacrifice that shinobi and his chakra/ abilities are imbedded into said sacrifice. Making the sacrifice a zombie of sorts once summoned by the user at a later date to be utilized. The Summoning ritual afterwards is straight forward and simple. It could certainly break a stalemate, but, as you mention, there are significant risks involved. Even just positioning yourself and your clones to perform the seal would be hard.

One of the techniques that brought you here. This is the bread and butter; what everyone wants. A good Edo is a treasure worth fighting for by itself. Tell me what you can about the technique.
( Kuchiyose Kinjutsu: Edo Tensei ) - Forbidden Summoning Technique: Impure World Reincarnation
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40 (-20 per ressurrection per turn)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation is a forbidden technique used to revive the dead. To perform this technique, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to revive such as limbs, organs or merely blood samples. The soul of the intended revived must also reside in the pure world (jōdo) those whose soul has been consumed by the Death God, or have been previously sealed by other methods cannot be resurrected. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and once the scroll is activated, the remains spread out in the form of a special seal with the living sacrifice in the centre. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice's body, giving them the same appearance that the revived had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user by performing the Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hands handseals. When the user summons the revived soul, a casket first appears before revealing the revived soul. The Edo Tensei Summoning can be countered by sealing away the targets soul or by having the summoner cancel the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying Kai. If the summoner dies before the technique is deactivated, then this method is impossible. If the summoned soul's controlling tag is overcome or disabled by a technique or if the user so wishes it, the summoned soul or the user can both sever the contract through the use of the Snake → Ram → Boar → Dog → Tiger seals. The summoned soul is then left as an immortal revived soul, autonomous and without any link to the summoner.
Note: A bio can only have up to a total of three souls for revival which must abide by a few rules, specific for the technique.
Note: The user of the technique can only have up to 2 KGs or one special biography in the battle field at a given time, including the users own living bio.
Note: The Edo Summons pertain to the bio and not the user, and only one of the bios of the user can use Edo tensei
Note: A member must attain biographies in an offical match approved by 2 roleplay moderators for both the revival and sacrifice and cannot be given a biography willingly.
Note: Tobirama, Orochimaru and Kabuto bios can summon up to 3 revived souls while all other bios can only summon one.
Note: Technique can only be used once per battle.
Seems like a straight forward summon of a coffin that basically opens a portal and rises up from the ground. What gets me is why does it need to come up near the enemy I mean sure it's handy to summon this behind them. However the reach is long range anyways right so why not anywhere on the field. I would think having it short range of the user and then the range of the arms could be long range would work a hell of a lot smarter. You can replace an Edo, you can just only have the allotted amount at a time. As for usage-restrictions; if you've 'initiated' the technique then it counts as a use, so don't let your opponent counter it.
Remember that the tech does not grant you access to a bio's CJs, though it does allow you access to its CEs as far as I recall.
Next:
( Kinjutsu: Edo Fūmetsu ) - Forbidden Technique: Impure World Seal Destruction
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user claps their hands, causing a coffin, much like the ones used in Impure World Reincarnation, to erupt from a portal near the opponent. The coffin opens up, and ghostly arms reach out from the coffin and catch the opponent. If they successfully catch the opponent, he will be immobilized and unable to react. The arms drag him into the coffin and take him to the netherworld, a dimension separate from reality and which can only be escaped from via Space/Time techniques.
Note: The arms reach only up to short range of the coffin's position
Note: This technique can only be used twice per battle.
I mean, the technique only lasts the one turn and the arms only reach short range. It doesn't really have any special defensive properties, so its range of usage is pretty limited. You summon this badboy somewhere within short range of your target and let it do its thing.Seems like a straight forward summon of a coffin that basically opens a portal and rises up from the ground. Now a question once these arms touch the enemy do they have any special bind or hold on the enemies chakra or body? Besides the regular grabbing hold.
So say an enemy gets caught in a separate dimension while they had a summon on the field. Could that summon if capable reverse summon the enemy?
Ah this is the gross throwing up style Orochimaru does. Basically he sheds his body by popping out of his mouth after his body has suffered damage. It can even go as far as to replace limbs and or missing body parts. Basically puts the body back together the way it was. The user will still be fatigued is what I understand. Meaning that it doesn't replenish chakra but repairs damage.I mean, the technique only lasts the one turn and the arms only reach short range. None other than it's 'physical' grip.
Honestly? I don't know. I don't think so? That kind of question is too specific for me to give you a 100% certain answer.
Next:
( Kinjutsu: Koutou Kousei ) - Forbidden Technique: Oral Rebirth
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique allows the user to experience a near total rebirth of their physical form. Should a significant portion of their body be damaged in battle, the user can emerge from their mouth and cast off the skin of their former body. This new body will not bear the brunt of the damage of the previous incarnation; however, the technique is generally not a full recovery.
Note: This technique may be used only twice per battle.
Apologies for forgetting about you.Ah this is the gross throwing up style Orochimaru does. Basically he sheds his body by popping out of his mouth after his body has suffered damage. Cannot say it will be fun to use this with either of my characters. So maybe once I switch to someone evil.
This one seems cool but I have an issue with it. You have to maintain control of this jutsu. Now if you had a Fuin tech to maintain it then it would be super useful. Because as it sits now it's basically just doing all the fighting for you as you watch. It is cool that the copies can acquire the elements of the shinobi.Apologies for forgetting about you.
Like the technique specifies it's not a full recovery, but it's definitely better than nothing. Use with caution; it's one of the few non-Medjutsu healing techs around.
Next is one of the newly-added ones:
(Kinjutsu: Doro Ningyō) Forbidden Arts: Mud Golem
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short
Chakra: 70 (-20 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will put his hands into the Bird handseal while releasing his chakra into the ground. Using the ground as a medium, the user will form from it, a copy of any ninja in contact with the ground that he so desires. The copies will initially be brown, similar to earthen statues, gradually transforming into virtually pitch perfect copies of the targets. These copies cannot talk though they can act on their own as long as the user keeps the handseal made and keeps fueling it with his chakra. The copies will be able to use any of the elements the target might be able to use but only up to S-Rank, drawing the needed chakra from the user. If contact with the ground is broken by the user or if he releases the handseal, the copies will crumble and be lost though the copies can still leap and break contact with the earth to fight.
Note: Can only make 1 copy of each target
Note: Usable once
Note: Copies last up to 5 turns or until the technique is ended by releasing the handseal
Note: While focusing on the technique, the user cannot mold his chakra for any other technique; doing so ends the technique
Note: Copies cannot use custom jutsu taught or owned by the target but can use his elemental KG or CE
Well, it does say 'of any ninja,' but mechanically I don't see why it shouldn't be able to copy a summon, though, as you said, it probably wouldn't be super strong. This one seems cool but I have an issue with it. You have to maintain control of this jutsu. Now if you had a Fuin tech to maintain it then it would be super useful. Because as it sits now it's basically just doing all the fighting for you as you watch. It is cool that the copies can acquire the elements of the shinobi.
Another nice feature is being able to end the jutsu at any moment. I'm curious as to if this can work on summons as well attaining there abilities. I doubt it but that would be a great addition to the jutsu.
Pretty straight forward you use the ground as a medium and form the handsign. You keep the handsign in play during the duration of the 5 turns or else the Golem receeds to the ground. Also the user must remain in contact with the ground during usage. Costing 20 chakra per turn to utilize you better have an impressive battle strategy before using this imo
There needs to be corpses around, I believe, but these could just be NPCs that you slay, though the chance of you doing that will depend on your character, I suppose.Wow this is a long winded one. So I believe the first form was used in the filler with the fire guardians if memory serves they summoned a bunch of zombies from a huge earth pile. This was after they broke through a gate. Although this form is on a smaller scale then the anime it still seems decent to use. Pretty mild though that they can be tanked easily by D rank strength. I do however wonder if there needs to be corpses to begin with to be able to utilize this though. Cause I know for the second variant it would seem so.
The second versions seems a lot more complex as you have to kill someone it would seem to utilize them as a zombie. However this gives complete access to abilities of that fallen shinobi. This variant would work well travelling through village landmarks while gaining ground I believe. Which would make more sense in its usage unless I am breaking this down incorrectly. Mainly because you cannot summon something dead from there that you have no inclination that a corpse is there so it wouldn't make sense.
So it still requires an official fight to acquire the second variant. That being said going through landmarks of a village would be a fitting way to keep stocking up on power while utilizing it through each landmark. Simply because it only says once per battle not event. Which multiple times throughout an event while stocking up on bodies.
I'm curious though as to the remarks about not being able to fully control the second variant as its personality will still have control?
