Advantages:It cannot be blocked by an earth wall because, it might go around it, and not too quick.You can use this technique against multiple people. You can use this on water users that's around water. Can work perfectly on metal it would be faster and easier.Can work if you don't see your opponent.
Disadvantages:Definitely can't use this technique when your wet on anything. Would kill yourself if you do that.Won't work if your opponents is in the air floating around.won't work if the ground is crumbling to pieces because it might reach to your opponents.
In Battle:You use this technique with multiple people.you can use this to make your opponents not to flee if their not jumping on trees that is.You also use this technique you can't see your opponent, like let say your in a foggy area, you can't see where your walking at. So use this to spot out your enemies because they they wouldn't have expected it.

Once again I do not feel the need to elaborate, you are proving to get much better at this. I like how you even said it can be used to go under features like walls when the opponent wouldn't expect it and strike them. Very clever.

Now if your opponent used this move on you, how would you counter? Quote your own move and pretend you are your own opponent and counter it. You don't necessarily need to focus on lightning in your counter, so feel free to use anything you know.

While this would be a normal counter in normal circumstances, you worded it as if you simply jump out of the way of the first attack and then use the ash. In our RP you can't simply freeform out of a jutsu. So if you had of said something like this;

"Seeing you cover yourself in lightning, the moment you race towards me I begin forming four handseals and wait until you're coming into short range. Once you enter short range I release a large amount of widespread ash and click my teeth to ignite it and you along with it"

It would work because you aren't freeforming out of the jutsu.

Moving on.

Generate chakra into your hands and perform the Ox handseal. Stretch them in front of you and release the chakra in the form of lightning chakra and manipulate the lightning to form a wall that can be used to protect you and has all the properties of electricity. Great to use when an enemy tries to get close to you.

I am not entirely sure if it can block water techniques properly. I believe the lightning wall is not pure solid. Due to water being a conductor of electricity, you might end getting electrocuted. Oh and this technique would work best against one person.

Disadvantages: The point you have to charge it up, means that it takes time to make these type of action. Making the opponent enough time to dodge it or counter it. Won't work on a doujutsu user because they might see everything(chakra) before you do. A Uchiha might see the attack before it happens, a Hygua might stop your pressure points so it's useless running face to face with them and lastly but not least the Rinnegan might just use Mighty push won't even have time to use this.
In Battle: Use this when your opponent is cornered and hold up so they can't move. This is an attack type and it's range is short.

Disadvantages: As I said before needs sight so he needs to see you, so if you can't see anything then your out of luck. Your opponent can dodge your attacks if there quick enough. You give yourself a huge spot of where you are which makes it easy for your opponent to take you down
In Battle: Use then when your working with a partner(s) and they are the lookout and you just strike. This is an offensive type and it's range is short to mid.

Actually it not only will send back the opponent a bit, it also shocks them due to the explosion being purely electrical. Oh and in case the opponent is using earth, it won't actually make the technique more deadly. In fact, the power of the technique will decrease to some extent due to the ranking interactions between the elements.

The charging time isn't as big as you expect. The time taken will be similar to that of a Rasengan created by a skilled ninja.

You are confusing me with your wording o_o... The technique would actually take some time to be executed fully as you have to send the lightning into the clouds and then order it to strike back on earth which would mean that the opponent can use the time gap to attack you before you can order the strike. It is not a necessity that sight is a requirement for this technique. In case some mist forms or something happens that blocks your field of vision, you can just send lightning strikes around the place where you last saw your opponent so that there is a chance that he will be hit by one. Do note that when you mean that an opponent can dodge them if they are quick enough, they need to provide a reasonable explanation and should only be countered by use of a technique since techniques can only be countered by other techniques unless it is Taijutsu related.

Advantages:Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, which then shoot bolts of lightning between them, immobilizing the target and possibly doing great damage to them. It could lock up a summoning creature and even a huge animal(possibly not a jinjiruki)
Disadvantages: Won't work on an Uchiha who's using Susano might deflect by attacking the stones. Since it's only in one place I guess you can dodge if you can dodge by moving really quick(taijutsu) or just using a technique that makes you move really quick,Flying Thunder God Technique.
In Battle:Use this mostly to a summoning creature or something big that you need to hold down to.

(Raiton: Kangekiha) – Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration
Advantages:This is a fusion technique where the user employs Water Release and Lightning Release. If this techniques hits an enemy, they instantly receive an electric shock. This might possibly kill you or just paralyses you that would give an extra chance to finish your opponent off.
Disadvantages: It can be dodged by taijutsu. I guess it could be you can verse this with just fire but with a higher rank than this technique. You can also use wind but higher rank.
In Battle:You can use this when you want your opponent to slow this down so you can finish him off. This is an offensive type and it's range is short to long.

Try not to make use of the things like Susano and FTG as many in our RP don't posses them. Just make use of stuff which are common to all ninjas i.e, the elements, nin, gen, tai and ken.

It won't be much of a possibility to evade the range of this technique by using taijutsu as you can make the gap between the pillars to be larger thus making physical methods of escaping tougher. Of course, the Flicker technique is also an option but let's forget about that.

It's not a must that water must be used along with this technique. It is just optional. "I guess it could be you can verse this with just fire".. What do you mean by verse? I don't believe a fire technique would be able to properly stop this as it would most probably phase through lightning due to the energy states. As lightning is weak to wind, it's not necessary to use a wind technique which is higher than that of this technique. You can also use a technique of rank which is equivalent to this one. And of course, note that the long hand seals might break some time frame so you need to know when you can execute this properly unless you are lightning specialist.

You can use this with multiple opponents who are on the ground.There's other ways of using this technique such as weapons like twin swords, doing the job not you so when you are in an wet environment it won't affect you.
Disadvantages:This technique won't work in your opponent is usually in the air or in an higher standing view than you. Would be bad if you use this in an environment around you that is wet(ground included), might kill you or paralyze you.This technique can miss your opponent if there hoping too much.
In Battle: You can use this with multiple opponents. If your using a weapon with this technique best for you to this with your surroundings.This technique is an offensive type and it's range is short to long.

Advantages:This is kind of related to chidori current but weaker.When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defense. Can work perfectly with an lightning clone.
Disadvantages:For this to work it, you have to be at close range or physical combat to work. You can kill or paralyze yourself if your not paying attention to your surroundings.This technique won't work if you versing with an opponent who is just too fast by using a technique, because it would be useless, unless if their to cocky.
In Battle:You can use this technique with multiple people if their in your fighting range. You can also use this to escape if your having problems with your opponent(s).

I see what you did there with the swords >_>... It would merely paralyze by the way, not to the extent of killing you, unless you are already damn weak. Howeover, it is not a must that the opponent must be touching the ground. This technique will shoot out some tendrils of lightning so it has got some range covered from the emergence.

It's not that similar to Chidori Nagashi to be honest. The main chidori nagashi releases unfocused lightning to the surroundings and the secondary chidori nagashi can be used to infuse a weapon with the chakra thus making it the medium and increasing the range though it will be focused. I wouldn't exactly say that it can hit multiple enemies at once since the technique is a mere lightning bolt and not a wide spread electrical chakra.

Advantages:You can generate electrical energy in her palms that she can whip around in order to attack her opponent, capable of striking at various angles and tearing through rock and metal. So you have control of the lightning conducting it were to go. Your opponent cannot block this technique with earth or metal(a sub-element), so they have to dodge. For sure water won't work on this if there blocking with it.
Disadvantages: This can be blocked with an element that has a higher rank than this technique. Won't be wise for you use this jutsu in a wet area.If your versing with the user of wind, then this technique wont do because you might miss your target. I think you have to make hand seals for this to work.
In Battle: You can use this when your versing with multiple people and want them to give you some space so you can flee or think of a new jutsu.

Raiton: Raijū Hashiri no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Beast Running Technique
Advantages: You send out two lightning hounds at his opponent, which run and attack his target from their sides. You don't have to do most of the work. While the beasts are attacking you can think of another technique that can work with that or something else.
Disadvantages: This can get stopped before it reaches it opponent by maybe a single blow. This won't work on a doujutsu user. A sharingan user might use Susano, Byakun will repel and a rennigan will just absorb the jutsu. Forgot to mention this earlier but you can dodge this techniqe.
In Battle: In battle you can use this by making your opponent be busy so you can have time to think of something. This technique is an offensive type and it's range is short to mid.

Oh and it's better to word your usage of this technique like as if you are swinging your arm while making use of this technique so that you can the say the momentum of your arm increases the speed at which the whip strikes and make it somewhat more powerful?

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself but made from lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.

Advantages:Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through a rock(small boulders); meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies.This technique is capable of being focused into a straight beam, similar to a laser.
Disadvantages:You can dodge this technique if your fast enough.You can use an element to deflect this attack this technique.Like the element wind since wind beats lighting, it can move it from it's path. This technique cant really get your opponent if you can't see them, so if your in a blind position that makes you not to seeing anything this technique fit for this type of area.
In Battle: You can use this technique against multiple people or their in a shell trying to protect themselves. Try to get your opponent to back up so you can get some space. This technique is an offensive type and it's range is short to long.


(Raiton: Raiton Kage Bunshin) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shadow Clone
Advantages:it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. And it is infused with lightning which makes it even more dangerous, if your opponent is fighting in fist combat. Reason why is because it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
Disadvantages: It's just like a clone, so that means it can get hurt just like you.Unlike a regular Shadow Clone, this clone does not send chakra back to the user upon reverting to lightning.
In battle: You can use this to mislead your opponent to make them think that's you which will make them fall in to a big trap. This technique is an supplementary type and it's range is short.

Pretty sure that it can't be deflected as the wind can only destroy the incoming lightning, nothing more. Moreover, I believe there is nor reason for you to deflect an attack instead of overpowering it.

Advantages: The sword increasing its vibrating frequency and hence its piercing and cutting power, to an extent that exceeds those of standard Wind Release techniques. This also mean you can throw the sword with great accuracy.You can cut throw another sword when your going head up against another person. SO this technique would cut through a defense technique.You can use this with more than one sword.
Disadvantages: This technique can be dodge(taijutsu). Won't be smart it your using this technique with a water user because they might send a tidal wave you and you will kill your self. Same as a fire user who will send a massive fire storm at you.
In Battle: Would be wise to use this on close combat. A this is a supplementary type and it's range is short

(Raiton: Dai Denki hōden no Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Large Electrical Discharge Technique
Advantages:You can get the opponent from far away. You can send an alarm where you are so your friends can see you. You can use both hands to get two opponents at once.
Disadvantages:You have to use a hand seals for this to work. This technique can be dodge(tiajutsu). Wont be smart if you in a wet area because this might shock you too.
In Battle: You can use this against multiple opponents. This technique is an offensive type and it's range is short to long.
