Well on threads like theses it's always more about opinions.. What I mean is, Sasuke has been praised by a lot of people but so as Itachi and Kakashi.. And both of them have have accomplished more things than Sasuke.
Kakashi graduated at a very low age and became a chunnin at the age of 6! He was also captain of the anbu and jonin at the of 13. He also created his own jutsu (A-rank) At the age of 13. Itachi is the same as Sasuke in my opinion.

This is also true. Genin are not allowed to fight, so shinobi were being promoted to the rank of chuunin faster than usual. That and squads could only be led by jounin, so then chuunins were being promoted to the ranks of jounin as well.
