I know about this scan and have posted it several times to try to explain to the majority of loons here that how Intelligent Sasuke really is. But Orochimaru is multifaceted as a Shinobi. His creation of Immortality Jutsu is something that is above everyone. At least that's how I see it.
The rest of them are below Sasuke as the manga states it.

He went through ranks faster than anyone
- Became genin at 5 [
- Became Chunin at 6(6years older than early part1 Naruto)
- Had the same rank as Minato(jounin) at the age of 9
To the point he was recognised as a super elite genius(even by sannins [
2- Same jutsu doesn't work on him twice
- Capable to analyse complexe jutsus just by seeing them once [
- Noticed the downfall of the Mangekyou when Uchihas need Uchiha tablet to notice [

I exaggerated a bit, but Kakashi and Itachi are not above Sasuke. At the same level? Yes. Above him? No. Orochimaru sits at the top as far as I see it.

The reason why I am saying this is because so many people have recognized Sasuke's genius:
- Jiraiya called him a Natural prodigy.
- You posted Orocimaru's scan yourself.
- Shikamaru looked up to Sasuke and always admired him.
- Kakashi called Sasuke extremely talented and a genius.
- Chee called Sasuke a rare Genius.

tsunade acknowledges kakashis genius status and cannot really believe a genius like him lost to 2 enemies despite them being extremely strong s-rank criminals.

Well on threads like theses it's always more about opinions.. You don't have to explain to me why you think what you think t I understand
And I respect your opinion and agree with you on a certain level. What I mean is, Sasuke has been praised by a lot of people but so as Itachi and Kakashi.. And both of them have have accomplished more things than Sasuke. Kakashi graduated at a very low age and became a chunnin at the age of 6! He was also captain of the anbu and jonin at the of 13. He also created his own jutsu (A-rank) At the age of 13. Itachi is the same as Sasuke in my opinion.

Orochimaru said that, both being teenagers, he Sasuke was better. Orochimaru however is far superior to what he was as a teen, and Sasuke by extension.
