Why are techniques like tajuu kage bun shin no jutsu and rasenshuriken as well kin-jutsu like edo tensei?

The first ones are dangerous for you, so its your responsibility, if you cant handle the tech. they shouldnt be forbidden but marked "dangerhous"

the second kind should be forbidden cos its obvously uncool to summon death ppl that could have fun in heaven with 72 virgins.

i fink that jutsus like multiple shadow clone jutsu are dangerous in the wrong hands like madara using 25 clones and saying he could make them each have a sussano combine two kin jutsu and you have murder on your hands

Well they are labeled forbidden but theirs no punishment for using them other then its own risks, if its forbidden its because it causes harm to yourself (normal ninja don't have the chakra to make 100+ clones without dying) or it is unnatural (oro stealing bodies and edo tensei)

well he can use wood-clones, so basically the same.
and only ppl with massiv chakra can use it anyway and someone with massiv chakra will learn jutsus he really want anyway, so wo make it kinjutsu?

Yeah.... edo tensei is forbidden because it requires you to sacrifice a living person to resurrect the dead.

Why a technique is forbidden is something that'd have to be discussed on a case by case basis.

It's not a matter of being in the wrong hands. Shadow clones divide your chakra, and using too many of them can make you too weak and even make you die. Most people can't do that many clones because it would kill them. Naruto has a huge amount of chakra so it works for him.

Well if they are strong enough to even use kinjutsu they are probably only "punishable" by a kage level fighter (oro/kabuto/tobirama) so its gets fixed the only way they can already.

^^Mass shadows clones exhaust your stamina and chakra too much.
Rasenshuriken damages the user, though not as much as the enemy...
Various kinjutsu have drawbacks...

Yeah i dont see kage bunshin no jutsu as a kin jutsu aswell but edo tensei should be.
