If Madara has the ability to take control of the Kyuubi he has no problem taking control of pseudo Kyuubi Jinchuuriki. Madara all the way.

wait scratch that above they don't actually have the Kyuubi inside of them, however Madara still has S-T ninjutsu, so he could teleport them and deal with them, his other techniques have yet to be seen but he's a BAMF so I still stick with him.
