I think Kimimaro is a bit underrated. Kimimaro has a score of 5 in Taijutsu, too and a speed of 4,5. Lee, who was drunken and used his first gates, was absolutely inferior to him and Narutos bunch of clones that were strengthened with Kyuubis chakra, were also. Kimimaro survived Gaaras Sabaku Soso without getting real damage, and while being in his Juin 2, he even survived Sabaku Taiso. Him being able to use his hard as steel bones as an armor makes him very durable; and as he's able to reproduce bones limitless and is also able to regenerate himself, it's not like it's going to be a stomp here. He does also have great offensive techniques like Tessenka no Mai: Hana and Sawarabi no Mai. Former would destroy her if hitting, latter can't really be avoided by her, too.

The answer is obviously Tsunade low difficulty. No need to get into detail but I'm sure other Tsunade fans could. If someone wants an explanation I'll be happy to tell you guys why this is a one sided stomp. With or without hype. Kimimaro was a pawn of Orochimaru and had difficulties dealing with pre time skip Gaara. Current Tsunade wins with complete and utter ease.

If Sakura had more screen time, she could potentially take Kimimaro on as well but for now, Kimimaro stomps her low difficulty.

He would still have a lot of trouble, IIRC, he got buried like five times and one hit from Tsunade, a kage level shinobi, spells death for him. Kimimaro isn't as fast as some people make him out to be. He certainly can't blitz Tsunade.
