My oh my, you're truely underestimating Kimimaro.

Kimimaro's techniques are unpredictable as well, just like Frog Kumite. Who would expect sharp bones coming out of the enemy's entire body or being shot with fingertips? On top of that, even in Sennin Modo, Kimimaro's speed and Taijutsu skills are still superior to Naruto's - it's not about pure strength alone.

Naruto won't be killing him effortlessly - somebody who survived Sabaku Soso (twice, after the full activation of Juin even without a scratch) won't be simply killed by a punch covered with Sen-Chakra or an ordinary Rasengan. Quite the contray, those close-range attacks will eventually lead to Naruto being hurt. I'm not even sure about Rasen Shuriken. It didn't even completely kill Kakuzu, and did as good as nothing to Sandaime Raikage, who had a very robust body as well. By now I'd give this one to Kimimaro, with insane difficulty.

I dont really think that Kimimaro is faster than SM Naruto, who was able to outmaneuver and hit 3rd Raikage.

That's true indeed, though that does not necessarily prove his speed. He intentionally aimed for Raikage's arm, and his sensing abilities helped him to 'predict'/dodge the attack - that's why he switched to Sennin Modo in the first place. Left panel in the middle.

There's nothing said about Sennin Modo increasing the user's speed. Even though I think that it increases all physical abilities, including speed, I don't think that it makes a 3.5 character like Naruto as fast as Kimimaro with 4.5. Moreover neither Jiraiya nor Naruto showed any impressive speed skills during their fights with Pain. But considering that Naruto most likely got faster since the latest databoook, it might render them equal in terms of speed, that much I agree. But Kimimaro's still superior in terms of Taijutsu. By far.
