Slamming a rasengan in to his head, destroying it would be an option. Getting that close to Kimi can be difficult and risky, though.

kmi would attempt to dodge the feint as well,since he would believe it is a real FRS,also he can grow bones out of his body to free himself,or do a bone forest to allow himself pop put of another location.
rasengan isnt doing anything assuming naruto can get a hit through kimi's outstreched bones. And he can make only a few clones or else he runs out of sm.
The chakra is capable of going through the skin. Not in the sense of how a sword pierces, but simply making a hole in the body of the person it is used on.
That's the explosive force and torque of it... It rips skin up like it did with obito's skin twice(because of the torque), and blasts away at your internal organs because of the explosive force at such close range. None of which would affect kimi due to his bone armor an healing
