Don't compare MS Sasuke with any form of Kimimaro. Sasuke wins with ease.

Also keep in mind that Sasuke has the speed advantage and sharingan precognition something Kimimaro does not have. Also Kimimaro doesn't really have much against Sasuke's genjutsus either. Nor does he have anything on kirin.
