kimmimarou is one of my fav characters and believe that when he is healthy he is a force to be reckoned with however i do think sasukes susano gives him the edge here .... and will people plz stop calling sasuke ... lord sasuke ... its one of the reasons people hate him -.-

Maybe kimimaros camelia dance is more complex than bees sword fighting...so kimimaro is definitely better than sasuke in kenjutsu and maybe even taijutsu
But kimimaro probably desnt have any counters for amaterasu
