can someone give a reason why they think neji would win? just want to understand your side better

Neji is older now and much more intelligent and his taijutsu, and ninjutsu are more evolved {faster and stronger} and everyone in the ninja world that knows the hyuga clan (or any byakugan user) are superior close range combat fighters {melee} , and Kimimaro is a close range fighter (if he has any mid to long range abilities their most likely in his 1st or 2nd state forms) which gives Neji the Byakugan user the advantage hand to hand EVEN THOUGH Kimimaro has bloodline techniques which might nullify Neji's gentle fist (which gives me second thought but) Neji will know this and form a strategy to hit Kimimaro's chakra points ( Kimimaro's bone defense is not IMPOSSIBLE to break as we seen with everyone else "Ulimate unbeatable Defenses" and what happen they where beat BUT Neji"s Rotation defense is RAW CHAKRA thats prolly the most closest to being inpenetrable ) IT WILL BE HARD FIGHT AND PROLLY ONE OF THE BEST FIGHTS EVER SEEN {if they where to fight lol} since it'll be fast paced all out pretty much brawl which leaves me to believe Neji and his Byakugan WIN this fight against Kimimaro and his bloodline techniques.

p.s any long range attacks from Kimimaro will be sensed by Neji's Byakugan ( he has expeirence with a long range fighter when he was a kid, KIDOMARU who almost killed him so im pretty sure Neji prepared himself for long range attacks so things like that wont happen again.
