Kimimaro vs Itachi

The problem with the "healthy Kimimaro" subject is that, just like "prime Hiruzen" is conpletely featless. We don't know how much his disease hindered him (of course it did, I am noone of those guys that say: healthy Kimimaro.means he won't die from disease and that's final!)

In my opinion (not a fact, just a hypotesis) I believe that , IK Kimimaro on his healfthy state could spam Sawarabi no Mai without much trouble, he would be a Mid Kage level at most and even so, a genjutsuless Itachi still wrecks him.

Kimimaro's defenses are bypassed by Amaterasu, Totsuka, and potentially Tsukuyomi (if it can be used to kill). Kimimaro can beat base Itachi with the right stipulations, but give Itachi Mangekyo and it's a one-sided match.

Sick itachi was powerful enough to control the battle between himself and hebi sasuke, as well as defeat orochimaru.

Any version above Sick should handily win/wreck kimi.

Lml, and even 3T Itachi is debatable. Kimimaro has durability to force and penetrative attacks, he has no durability against heat. Katon can simply burn him repetitively given the insane speed difference and Itachi's hand seal speed. Genjutsu is still a factor despite the curse mark. Exploding clones won't be seen through and will cause a good amount of damage. 3T Itachi mid-high diff, MS Itachi low diff.
