This is HEALTHY Kimimaro versus Itachi.
Healthy Kimimaro was said by Juugo to be superior to Hebi Sasuke (post-Orochimaru absorption). He also has one of the most powerful Kekkei Genkais', not to mention the second strongest regeneration abilities. In his prime (which means when he was healthy), he was supposedly as fast as 3-Gated Gai (whom is faster than pretty much everybody except Minato, Tobirama, KCM Naruto+, the Raikage, and current Sasuke). He's also pretty strong and has a perfect control of his KKG - not to mention his defense is equal to that of the ribcage Susano'o, and possibly the Lvl 2 Susano'o. Last, but not least, when he was healthy, his Taijutsu was superior to everybody's except Gai's. By the way, I was talking about BASE (healthy) Kimimaro; he has all the previously mentioned feats. In CM mode, he is in another league compared to what I previously said about him.
Itachi has Susano'o, Amaterasu, and his incredible Sharingan that helps him read his opponent's movements. The only thing that I will restrict from him is Genjutsu, because I would find it unfair for him to have such a cheap way of winning.

PS: Fanboys of either Kimimaro or Itachi, please don't start bashing the other character.
There will be people saying "Itachi got owned by Sasuke and barely kept up with him" - Itachi was SICK and about to die.
There will also be people saying "Kimimaro couldn't match neither Lee, Naruto nor Gaara." - he basically had only 10% of his Chakra due to his disease and was literally dying while he was fighting. He was sick, just like Itachi, and still almost killed the 3 of them (this is a fact, his disease stopped him from killing them - he was one second away from finishing Gaara).
Also, both Itachi and Kimimaro were many times weaker than were when they were healthy and weren't even remotely comparable to their best times - I'd say about ten times weaker, and it may sound like an exaggeration, but that's what it looks like. Sadly, I am not a mathematician, and even if I was, real-life logic doesn't apply to Anime.
