IDK I see this as a tough matchup because kimi is a short-range fighter. Asura is deadly long and short range, plus he has chakra boots for fast, linear travel.

My vote is for asura.

Asura has near 360 vision by creating faces at the side of his head, rocket launchers to enhance his speed so he can pretty much escape everything Kimmimaro can do, Kimmimaro has hard bones so he can survive his too so its an even match but Im betting on Asura, his exlosions and pure brute strength are SCARY,he ripped out Jiraiya's arm what the hell?!!
