for me this would be a pretty tough to say im still thinking about how this battle would go down

True, but Kimimaro has experience with the Mist technique. He was the only surviver of his clan when they battle aganist the Hidden Mist Village and he has Curse Seal from Orochimaru. The expericence he has is only greater than or almost equal to Zabuza's.

Kimimaro pwns, he almost killed Naruto, Gaara, and Lee (mainly Gaara) and he would have done it faster if not for his disease, also he seems unkillable (the bones hardening almost makes him unkillable or crushable or maybe even unslicable, also he seems too quick to get hit, Zabuza is a heavy hitter and a little slow, I think the only thing that Kimimaro loses in is the silent killing technique, even then he is to good IMO Kimi pwns IMO

Kimimaro. Raiton enhanced swords can't even completely cut through his base bones. Zabuza has no way of killing him, except drowning in water prison.

But kimi has bone forest to counter that.

3. THE VERY FACT THAT ORO WAZ GOIN TO POSSESS HIM MEANS THAT HE IZ QUITE VALUABLE.
4. kimimaro is quite fast and has fascinating close range combater!!!, i doubt that zabuza's sword would be able to harm him!!!
