Sasuke improved afterwards.. Anyhow kimimaro is a close range fighter with the only attack that was long range were those bullets. And i with fodder I mean he cant have any influence in this story fron now on. He cant beat kakashi, guy, bm naruto, madara, obito. So he is a fodder

in the databooks published by kishi, Kimimaro wouldve been on the same level as itachi and jiraiya if he wasnt sick. Also i dont think they included sage mode or susanoo in the databook tho.

Nope, lee would always save him no matter what. Lee and gaara would of been dead not naruto, naruto left early

He probably would've improved over the Time-skip too. I wouldn't say he would be stronger than Hebi Sasuke but he would still be a good member to have on a team.

Yh but kishi knew about all their techs from the second he gave itachi tsukuyomi and amaterasu. I also agree with this, sasuke will surpass itachi, jiraiya and kimimaro though but people need to release kimimaro was veryy strong
In part one Kimimaro was already around low jonin level. If he could've stayed alive, and continued to progress he probably could've been low Kage level if he joined Hebi Sasuke. I wouldn't have a problem with that.

Dude close range? Anyone who doesn't have a special ability that is in this area is dead. Lucky gaara can hover high above the ground, it saved him from hashi's tech as well

And not true if oro would of got his healthy body and he wasn't sick he would effect the story quite a bit oro would not have been sick from his old host.
He can beat guy and kakashi, he can't beat bm naruto, obito and madara that's true but they are the strongest in the series, many people can't beat them that's the whole point of them meaning the strongest.
The data books said he would be as strong as itachi and jiraiya around that level anyway so he can defo beat kakashi and guy one on one. You seriously underestimate him

And yes, in regular Naruto, Kimimaro was like Jonin level. Over the years, he wouldve grown (just like everyone else), and been low Kage level.
And for the people saying he is fodder, why would Kabuto even think about resurrecting him, AND put his DNA in his own body to gain that power....

Don't worry these guys obviously don't know what they are talking about. Kimimaro wasn't even defeated in this war along with muu and veryyy few others, edo tensei had to be stopped to stop them.
With that and all the points I have made throughout this thread I have shown people who did not read this manga correctly kimimaro is veryy veryy strong if he wasn't sick and died young.

probably a little bit lower than Kakashi (in regular naruto) not fighting-wise, but age and learning and shyt.. lol You get when i mean haha
My definition of low jounin are the top tier genins by the time of the Sasuke Retreival Arc or people like Kurenai, Ebisu, Ibiki, Anko, Shizune. I believe Kimimaro was well above them. Kakashi and Gai were high jounins IMO during part one so Kimimaro fits as a mid jounin level shinobi on the same level if not higher than Asuma.
