All Kages ( he might stand a chance against Mei), 12 people not including Mei 13 with her. Jinchuuriki's not including kages. that 19 or 20 people now. Akatsuki that's 28 or 29 people. The other two sannin 30 or 31. Sharingan users 34 or 35 people. I think my point has been made.

The only reason I'm unsure for Mei is Dance of the Seedling Fern. I'm not sure how she would choose to react.
Though you're right probably wont get to that.
