you seriously underestimate tailed beast strength, the nine tails can destroy buildings by simply roaring. Also DSM kabuto keeps everything he had before he had to fight itachi, you dont strip characters of powers they lost after or during their final battle, its like saying that naruto no longer has the 9 tails when he is ranked because obito killed him by ripping its chakra out of him in a fight, (of course this never happened). You should know this, especially for someone who likes to talk about someone who died as a result of sickness, by your logic kimmimaru is as weak as he was the second before he died.

So far, Kimimaro has shown no feats too dispell genjutsu, so any genjutsu user solos.

Anyone with Dust Release kills him.

Lava would melt him.

Boil Release would kill him.

He is very strong though, don't get me wrong.

Who put him in genjutsu...my point exactly we don't know what his abilities are pertaining to genjutsu...as far as the dust release no doubt it can kill him but once again can the target an entire battlefield with it...which lava user changed an entire battlefield my point is if you cannot destroy the entire landscape how do you stop this technique

Onoki's large jinton destroys that, any tailed beast bomb destroys it as well. karuma w/susanoo destroys that easily, obito can phase through it easily, sasuke or itachi can burn it with amaterasu, 3rd raikage manually cuts it down, kabuto liquefies, gaara flies etc.

Without his gates, yes he does. Asuma is also a taijutsu specialist hes just not as hyped as gai their fighting style are also completely different, Gai can break your bones with his kicks while Asuma can cut off your limbs with his blades.

Did you see how any of the fight went down besides gaara's? No, you can't assume that they are weak because they where beaten by the akatsuki. DSM kabuto is kabuto with DSM when he could still use it, he is counted in any top 10 or 15 list, if you want to exclude him then you need to make a note saying, excluding DSM kabuto.
