He most likely did; but most characters in the manga are quite endurant or to say "act tough" towards pain. So when Kimi does feel pain, he does not reveal it much as expression and probably got used to it due to his fighting style. He was someone who can walk from his deathbed to fight with sheer willpower, he would not cry over getting crushed (as far as his character been represented).

He always is my friend U_U. People desperately try to underrate him all the time. One dude even said he's top 20-25 U_U

It has what it takes to counter genjutsu, and with manga intel he probably has intel on a famous clan of Konoha.

Kimimaro splits bones out of his everywhere for lulz; this inflicts pain thus counter basic genjutsu. The only threat is Tsukiyomi, but Neji can fight with eyes closed while seeing 360 degrees around so he can keep up with movements of Itachi, his taijutsu is a no surprise to both characters since

and Neji is accostumated with fighting a gouken master (Lee) who is superior to Itachi in skill (deal with it), physical strength and stamina/durability.

Katons/suitons/weaponary are easily dodged or tanked by defenses.

Neji can beat Tsunade without Katsuyu by blocking her chakra points, there are several arguements made on how and why Kimimaro can beat Tsunade [

Not to mention team 1 has the advantage of altering landscape to a bone forrest; which kills Itachi and makes Tsunade vulnerable for moments to finish her off.

Kisame screamed when Gai hit him, who was lying in the water under him. He also destroyed Yamato's Mokuton after raging of pain as he bite off his tongue. Being eaten by his sharks is no prove. This happened in a few seconds. Kishimoto hided Kisame's reaction on this and covered his whole body. He definitely feels pain. Like Deidara does. You could see some feel of pain in anybodies face, but Kimimaro holds his cold and unimpressed gaze when putting out a whole bone out of his body which was tore apart. That's a whole new level. Don't debate, just acknowledge it.
