I think the six paths of pain would win.
Heres a scenario, Bee looses it summons the 8 tails, he starts to form TBB, all of a sudden, Tendo Pain hits him with a huge Shinra Tensei, 8 tails gets knocked out by its own TBB and the Shinra Tensei.

nagato had already burnt chakra destroying the whole village prior fighting the kyubi, and even then deva path alone was pawning him, thus if nagato+6path had fought kyubi from the start they would've have easily own him, and btw a 6tail kyubi was failing against chibaku tensei.

It depends, If it's an all out fight then Pein, but if Pein is trying to capture bee then bee....

Remember, Pein was not trying to kill Naruto. If Pein was out to kill him the outcome of the fight would be a lot different... U_U

Against Naruto , everyone knows that he was low on chakra from the start of the fight and moreover he wasn't fighting to kill.

Bee in this fight won't know anything about Pain's secret and abilities.

Pain i think is one of the strongest characters in the series, around SO6P level !

bee''s taijutsu won' work on pain since he will use a formation and then protect any incoming attack with shinra tensei and bombarding of bombs....

hachibi(bijuu form) can be held back by the millions of summons(animal path) and asura path and deva....... If hachibi decides to go for TBB....... Pain can use Shinra tensei to lower the intensity of the attack and then begin absorbing slowly and easily the TBB thrown by Hachibi.....

Basically Pain is a bad match-up for Bee

Bee was indeed fighting at full strength against kisame, kisame simple disabled hachibi, using samehade's ability, which is eating raw chakra (huge chunks of it). hachibi a biju, which is a huge mass of chakra is simply not a good match with an advisory that devours raw chakra.

no he wasnt at full strength he could of turned into the 8 tailed beast and just demolish kisame with the tbb or his massive physical attacks but he didnt want to do that because sensors would of been able to sense his massive chakra so yes your plan is thwarted because samehada couldn't handle all the chakra of a fully transformed beast

Your funny even with 7 tails he was no match against Kisame and now you just think he demolish kisame..
