Im voting orochimaru on this one. I hate his guts but, let's be honest. Yes, bee has the 8 tails but, orochimaru has probably studied every bit of tailed beast info he could get his slimy hands on endlessly. Orochimaru is great at getting stronger foes to fall for tricks and taunts and let's be honest, bee's not that bright in a fight.

ofcourse bee would win when orochimaru fought naruto (4tailed) naruto was owning but they where kinda equaly matched but bee can control his beast and is strong as FU**

your confused its the same jutsu Orochimaru can use Impure world resurrection

anyway Oro takes this his Yamata no jutsu should be able to beat the 8 tails 8 heads beats 8 tails (the fact any wounds will rejen also helps) and Kusagari should be able to cut some wounds

people Sasuke beat a weakened bed ridden orochimaru that he still lost to in a fight because he was parelyized and could not move and all Oro had to do was bite his head off but he wanted his body

the only reason Oro lost was because he looked into the eyes if he had not Oro would be runing around in sasuke right now
