Killer Bee VS. Naruto NO TAILED BEAST!!

It's quite a toss up, there is no clear winner.
People keep saying Sage Mode this and Sage Mode that but fail to realize that Naruto has to achieve Sage Mode first. There is no guarantee that Naruto will be able to enter Sage Mode every fight.
Even if Sage Mode is achieved that doesn't mean certain victory. Sage Mode only lasts 5 Minutes and Naruto will not have two clones as back up like he did against Pain. If Killer Bee could outlast Sage Mode he would surely win because SM takes alot of chakra to use and would considerably drain Narutos chakra and energy.
The battle would start off Base Naruto vs Base Killer Bee, where Killer Bee would have the clear advantage in all aspects. Naruto would not be able to keep up with Bee's unconventional sword dances and would most certainly die from them.
The only way Naruto survives against Base Bee is if he uses shadow clones as a distraction and summons Gamabunta (although this is very cheap), and then enter SM while atop Bunta.
Also Samehada would keep giving Bee chakra and healing his wounds, so Killer Bee has the Potential to outlast SM Narutos assault and win.
How I see it:
Base Naruto vs Base Bee = Killer Bee winning
Naruto(Gamabunta) vs Bee = Draw
Naruto(Toad Summons + SM) vs Bee = Naruto
SM Naruto vs Bee = Draw or Bee
In all seriousness I dont see SM being a factor in this fight because Naruto undoubtedly would engage Killer Bee in close combat and that would be his downfall because Bee would dispatch Naruto rather quickly with swords ablazing.
I was previously thinking this fight would be a draw but now I know differently.

The 5 min rule doesn't apply here where sage mode is concerned. Naruto does not hav the fox, therefore ma & Pa are perfectly capable of fusing with naruboy... Just something to bear in mind

True that, I didn't even think of that.
Naruto wouldn't be able to get in contact with them though, he doesn't have a contract with them.
The restrictions affect Bee more than they do to Naruto,as he still has SM to boost,while Bee on the other hand doesn't have any extra stage besides his biju modes.
Bee has still if monstrous Kenjutsu which was able to outclass a skilled sharingan user such as Sasuke,but the problem is Naruto while in Sage mode is actually more durable than when he's in base and ca actually break those words like he did to Nagato's chakra rods.
But he would have a problem doing that as Bee would be channeling his Raiton trough them to prevent it from happening.
At the end it boils down to close quarters combat,area in which even someone as skilled and durable as Killer Bee must succumb,at least on the long run.
Or if Naruto plays smart he could even land a Kawazu Kumite and seal the deal right away.

Naruto. Constant Natural Chakra to fuel SM. Plus, he could just turn Samehada into Stone. What is Bee gonna do then? Lariat him?

SAMEHADA! let's stop trolling the sword! I notice this with other threads, we keep saying samedeha would turn to stone who's to say that samedeha can't take in nature chakra?? Which proof is there to say he can't. I mean tailed beast chakra literal burns normal shin obi's skin (NARUTO fourth tail mode> Sakura skin, during the stand off with oro!), and samedeha loves killer bee chakra so wats to say he wouldn't love nature chakra... N*B SAMEDEHA doesnt need to control sage chakra, it simple devours chakra and converts it to stamina! So I dont see how it would turn to stone.

Killer Bee will thrash Naruto, cause bee is definitely stronger and has more experience and is a smarter fighter.
