By focusing his Mangekyo Sharingan on a particular point, Kakashi can force that point to collapse in on itself, ultimately sending everything in the vicinity to another dimension. Kamui costs a large amount of chakra to perform, especially in Kakashi's case as his body has not completely adjusted to the Sharingan. Kakashi can only manage to use this technique up to three times in a given day even when starting at full strength. When first seen Kakashi's aim is imperfect, it taking two attempts to hit Deidara with the technique. By the time of Pain's attack on Konoha his aim has improved, being able to focus more accurately on fast moving objects. The chakra used by this technique is proportional to the mass of the target.

Kakashi's Kamui would be a problem but Bee's Samehada is gonna suck all of his chakra away before Kakashi even knows it. xd
sry my mistake,i just overrated him,i just realized that kakashi cant beat bee,
i made the whole fight in my mind,and i saw bee won,coz of his samaheda,and his kenjutsu and taijutsu,and swords attack.
but i knw that kakashi would give him tough time.and kamui and earth release will be problem for him

hmm i believe kakashi can pull this off ... idk.... he'd have to start the match with Hiden mist jutsu...
The problem i'm looking at here is bee's chakra cloak mode, kakashi can dodge it , but for how long.. 1lariat and he's out.. he needs hiden mist ,

and killerbee bee kenjustu is amazing but kakashi can use Water Release: Water Encampment Wall to evade the swords and the pen thing bee has.
or kakashi can use kamui when the right time (when bee does something stupid) then its over
