Very reliable source you got there. Unfortunately if you had done like Owarij did and checked it out you would have seen that it is anime only. Which means that it is not canon material.

The anime even screwed up how the mist worked when Kakashi used is, as Naruto Wiki points out -

When Kakashi uses this in the anime, Itachi claims that the mist does not prevent him from using his Sharingan, contradicting both the manga and earlier anime scenes.

Wouldn't be surprised if Kakashi could use it though. If he could copy Zabuza's A-rank suiton technique(which was cannon) surely he can copy a d-rank suiton technique that he saw Zabuza use twice.

Hidden Mist is D-rank? That seems awfully low for such a useful jutsu.

I'm sure he could copy it, but using anime as proof is never good.
