Itachi doesn't have experience fighting a jinchuriki. And Bee has experience fighting an uchiha.

Bee can get out of amaterasu by using the same substitution he did against sasuke. Tsukuyomi will not work because of the hachibi.

The only problem is susanoo and its mirror/tanking abilities. if the mirror can tank bee's tailed beast bomb, then advantage itachi. i'm pretty sure susanoo cannot tank his tailed beast bomb seeing that it makes kirin look like a chidori.
There's also the possibility that bee's samehara can cut through susanoo and even amaterasu.

I'll say they are even.

And killer bee is not on par speed-wise with A. They were challenging each other with their lariats, of course the raikage isn't going to dodge bee's and blindside him and go "Ha! told ya mine was better!"

one thing bee would not get out of amaterasu becos last time he got out by attacking karin and sasuke had to cut his tail off to save her but what is bee gonna do this time?

how is it clear, raikage did not even go all out speed at first and they only clashed with lariats, that is all i don't see bee being on that lvl of speed he was not called the fastest ninja in the world but however he is pretty fast.

How would you know he didn't go in full speed?

uuh.. Yeah it says he wasen't expecting it, wich to me doesen't proove that he is not as fast as A(or could be faster)...
ASs for the poll i'll go with KB with ease for the following reasons.
1. TBB shoot's through Susano'o(Itachis only defense)
2. He can't be affected by genjutsu, because of the hachibi can release him from it. Genjutsu is Itachis strongest weapon, so fail there.
3. Amaterasu won't work, cause Itachi is not as skilled with it as Sasuke, since Sasuke could use blaze release(fire+lightning kekkei genkai, i think) and KB is as fast as A(could be faster, he has not showned his true powers to me yet, but A has).

not that dude he says he is at max power that is how fast he gets. its also seen when sasuke unlocks sussano in kage battle he gets faster to avoid the attacks, and he even says that he hits naruto with his full speed attack which he was not doing b4.

If all bee needs to do to get out of amaterasu is cut off one of his tails, then he can survive 8 amaterasu's, and I doubt itachi has that in his arsenal.

1. bee is too much of pain to really do that when he is amaterasu that is why he relied on sasuke doing that for him
2. when he does do that he loses so much stamina when he does that him and bee talks about this with hachibi and i remember him yelling at him for rapping too xd chapter forget when he does that
3. vulnerable to other attacks in that stage so its unlikely he would win after caught by amaterasu

its on episode 204 in the beginning bee and hachibi talk about his stamina greatly reducing due to the fact he was already summoned and becos hachibi loses limbs and has to grow it back.
