killer bee since genjutsu doesnt work on him, not even with sharingan sasuke wasnt able to keep up with him in kenjutsu (sword tech), and sameheda would help to absorb some of itachi's techs, and he could easily block some of itachi's tech with his bijuu cloak.

itachi because his genjustu is just too brilliant but in the other hand ...
if killer bee can use his tailed beast bomb , and it actually touches itachi , then he wins

Amaterasu will not work. Sasuke was more skilled than Itachi was when he took down A with it, and btw KB is faster than A, so i would not say amaterasu will work here.

i like killer bee more but i think they will start fighting and killer bee will be winning and then itachi will use susnoo and will be winning wich would cause bee to turn into 8 tails and it would be a draw but itachi is most likely 2 win unless be hits him with tbb
Itachi hands down. We already saw it in the manga. Itachis Gen was able to trance Bee for a sec there. Tyskuyomi would follow and an amateratsu combo. the end. No need for susanoo on this one. Except if bee was able to use the tailed beast bomb then the yata mirror would be needed. Samehada hates fire and Itachi has some skill using it.

Susano'os, great. But genjutsu doesen't work on KB since he's got the hachibi, wich can release him. Amaterasu, as i said before...

If you read the manga you can see that when Naruto and KB fights A. It's kinda clear to me..

Itachi doesn't have experience fighting a jinchuriki. And Bee has experience fighting an uchiha.
Bee can get out of amaterasu by using the same substitution he did against sasuke. Tsukuyomi will not work because of the hachibi.
The only problem is susanoo and its mirror/tanking abilities. if the mirror can tank bee's tailed beast bomb, then advantage itachi. i'm pretty sure susanoo cannot tank his tailed beast bomb seeing that it makes kirin look like a chidori.
There's also the possibility that bee's samehara can cut through susanoo and even amaterasu.
I'll say they are even.
And killer bee is not on par speed-wise with A. They were challenging each other with their lariats, of course the raikage isn't going to dodge bee's and blindside him and go "Ha! told ya mine was better!"
how is it clear, raikage did not even go all out speed at first and they only clashed with lariats, that is all i don't see bee being on that lvl of speed he was not called the fastest ninja in the world but however he is pretty fast.
