dunno Bee fecked up sasuke pretty bad but i dont think Itachi would be as easy to dominate tough fight ill go with a draw imo or possibly an Itachi win because his mirror could deflect tailed beast bomb.. i think

Tsukuyomi is not a regular genjutsu and yes the genjutsu sasuke used on bee is regular genjutsu. Same with his fight against C and danzo
