Raikage is faster + stronger than Kirabi, but as a Jinchuriki he has more stamina, meaning the longer the fight continues, the shorter A's window of defeating Kirabi closes.

Like SUPA said,A is too emotional and cud lose his cool in a fight which cud give da opponent an advantage over him. Counter moves wud be da best way to destroy A.

I think things would change now. I don't think A is too emotional, and the reason i'm saying this is b'cos he thaught his only brother Killer Bee was killed by Sasuke that's why he lost his coolness. When it comes to his brother, A is something else.
