Bee stomps. Zabuza can't cut through his V2 Shroud so when he attempts it Bee lariats him and blows off his chest. Even if he is in Base, his Raiton infused Eight Swords Style means that Zabuza is a dead man.

Bee still takes this without much difficulty, he can run his raiton chakra through his eight swords and his swordplay is unpredictable and even the sharingan couldn't keep up with him.

As he others have pointed out he could easily do it, heck im pretty sure bee is such a good swordsmen that he could take Zabuza with just a single sword (the ones he uses for his 8 style) with out the raiton release.
